Amber's journey from waitress to restaurateur is one of inspiration. She had been waitressing for years at Main Street Grill, and seized the opportunity to take over the restaurant when the former owner decided to close the doors. After a name change and some hard work, Amber Kay's Cafe was born.
Now, as one of the best places to eat in Southern Utah, the cafe stands as a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit.

So much food. My wife had the amazing eggs Benedict. They were prepared and presented looking like a picture from a cookbook. The hollandaise sauce was perfect. On top of that the prices were very reasonable. If you’re looking for a great breakfast this is where I’ll be going whenever we’re in Cedar City.
